Role Of Pre-Shipment Inspection in Bangladesh Industrial Services

Pre-shipment Inspection's role in Industrial Services is to ensure an impartial inspection service for products. This increases the security of the product and its quality and provides cost-effective Inspection that fulfils the customers' needs and minimizes the risk of product rejections from the end-user.

This is the crucial role of Pre-shipment Inspection within industrial services. The pre-shipment Inspection Agency Bangladesh (i.e. The OSS Certification) is usually an Accredited Inspection company which provides Third-Party Inspection to the requirements of the Industry or regulatory agency.

Following the Pre-shipment Inspection and completing the Pre-shipment Inspection, Third-Party Inspection provides the pre-shipment inspection certificate or report of the pre-shipment Inspection to its customers, which is based on the Pre-shipment Inspection agreements terms and conditions between the Buyer-Supplier and the Third-Party Inspection Agency. In all cases, for the Third-Party Inspection to be conducted (i.e. Pre-shipment Inspection), the Inspection Agency must have some Standard Pre-shipment Inspection procedures or methods of pre-shipment Inspection. The procedures for Pre-shipment Inspection or methods of pre-shipment Inspection generally offer the flexibility to be customized to meet the inspection requirements of the client. 


The pre-shipment inspection procedure is described below (But not limited to)

 

  • Receipt from Pre-shipment Inspection Request (From the Customer)
  • Requirement for Information about Product Information, the date of Inspection, the location for Inspection and Inspection Specification Requirement of checkpoints (if there are any)
  • Review of the feasibility for pre-shipment Inspection (considering the following factors: Resources available, availability of the required expertise, time of Inspection, Location of Inspection etc. etc.)
  • We offer a pre-shipment inspection fee and other Terms and Conditions for the Customer to review and accept.
  • Pre-shipment Agreement sign-ups Between Third-Party Inspection Agency and Client.

In rare circumstances, it is possible to make some slight changes in the pre-delivery inspection time, but only with the client's prior approval.
